My name is Molly Flynn. While practicing as an art therapist in Buffalo, New York, eight years ago I began to create unique hand made Journals and Wedding Guest Register Books as gifts for my friends, clients, teachers, mothers, sweethearts and relatives. I wanted to say, “Your thoughts are special, important enough to share in a beautifully decorated and exquisitely bound album that is designed to last forever.”
I now offer these unique pieces of useable art, all gallery quality, to authors and writers as well as sell wholesale to art galleries and specialty shops. The exquisite journals and guest books are hand made with Japanese rice papers and natural garden flowers and botanicals, or collages that convey a heartfelt theme.
Because of a process I have perfected over many years, the books are gentle to the touch, but extremely durable. They make wonderful traveling companions and may be passed down to the next generation still holding the vibrancy of flowers lovingly placed and sealed to protect their beauty forever.
Each book is filled with a high quality fiber writing paper, holding approximately 180 (front and back) pages. Every book is hand cut and bound with valuable gems using a Japanese style 8 ply stitching, never to unravel or loosen.
Each binding is beaded with Austrian Swarovski crystals or real pearls and matched with precious stones selected among: amethyst, amber, agate, carnelian, citrine, iolite, jade, jasper, labadorite, lapis, onyx, opal, tanzanite, and tiger’s eye.
Placing this book upon a living room table or bed stand is a marvelous way to bring the sweet memory of springtime into your home for all seasons.
The original name for my business was Sacred Pages which was inspired by my desire for people to express from their heart and thus represent ascension journals. As my business grew and we added jewelry to our collection, we decided to call the business simply Journals and Jewelry. I invite you to record your highest thoughts in these uncommon journals, and I hope you enjoy the jewelry as much as I enjoy designing and producing every piece.

My love of semi precious stones led to creating beautiful necklaces with fancy toggle clasps and sterling silver findings. They are made of the same precious stones including: amethyst, amber, agate, carnelian, citrine, iolite, jade, jasper, labadorite, lapis, onyx, opal, tanzanite, tiger’s eye, turquoise and cultured pearls. Sizes are approximate, Choker (15"-16”), Collar (17"-19”) and Opera or Pendant (20"-22”). As each piece is individually crafted please allow up to 10 days for some delivery. Necklaces are strung on durable 20 ply soft flex wire.
